My HomeFinder keeps you automatically
informed on the newest listings as they come on the
market. It allows you to save 5 different searches — different
neighborhoods, different price ranges, different property
types, etc. You can add and delete your searches. You
can have the information emailed to you automatically
when changes occur or open houses are scheduled, or
choose to not be emailed and you can log into the program
to view the information onscreen.
You can bookmark specific
properties from your search results. And from the
search results page or the property detail page,
you can schedule a showing — submit two choices
of time and date to view the property.
This program is a natural
next step from our popular custom search option.
It starts working for you immediately and can be
edited by you at any time you want. If
you wish to stop receiving the automatic emails,
just delete your searches.

2. Click the link in the email sent to you after
you submit your form
3. Start searching
You
must click the link within this email to complete
your registration and start your searches. Then,
on future visits, either bookmark the HomeFinder
login page or login from the link on the menu bar
at the top of each page of our website under CONSUMER
INFO.
