Wide experience in the residential real estate industry, including extensive knowledge of new construction homes, gives Amber Crawford a decided advantage when representing sellers and buyers. Amber worked in builder sales for 20 years where she developed a trained eye for construction quality and a good understanding of the types of products used in new-home construction.
Amber works with sellers and buyers at all price levels and in every stage of their lives, from first-time homebuyers to luxury clients to relocation transferees to down-sizing empty-nesters. "I love the diversity," Amber says. "I care about my clients and work hard to educate them on the process so that they feel empowered. After all, selling or purchasing a home is one of the largest financial decisions most people make."
Resourceful, conscientious, efficient, and detailed, Amber wants her clients to be happy and satisfied with their home purchase or sale experience. "It matters to me that all parties trust they have a win-win transaction," she states.
Volunteer commitments for Amber include the American Heart Association, the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, BNI Money Makers, and her local PTA. "I am a firm believer in 'give where you live' and I do it because it feels right," she says. "Business happens organically when you do the right thing."
Originally from a small town outside of Austin, Texas, Amber has been a Houstonian since 1990. She and her husband reside in The Woodlands area and are the parents of a young daughter. When time permits, Amber enjoys reading and attending concerts.
