Chris Elmi was born in The Woodlands and grew up watching a quaint bedroom community transform into an unparalleled lifestyle community where families can enjoy the perfect work-life balance. He specializes in The Woodlands and Spring areas, but is available to offer his services throughout the Greater Houston area.
Chris graduated from The Woodlands High School in 2001 and then Texas A&M in 2005. Soon after he married his college sweetheart and they have twin 7-year-olds who they enjoy spending quality time with together as a family.
Upon graduating and starting a family, Chris remained engrained in the community by becoming heavily involved in the Chamber. Holding several leadership positions over the years within the Chamber afforded him great connections with community leaders, intimate local knowledge, and a sphere of influence.
Chris is an alumni of Leadership Montgomery County and volunteers with the Market Street Noon Kiwanis, The Woodlands CrawPHish Festival, The Woodlands Chamber of Commerce Community Relations Team, Woodlands Chamber Diplomats, and Woodlands Chamber YPN.
Shortly after earning his license, Chris studied and earned the prestigious Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), and Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designations. He achieved recognition recently as the Falls at Imperial Oaks Honorary Realtor for sales and performance. Chris also distinguishes himself as an expert on the new home construction and sales process. His wife has worked in new home sales for over a decade, so he has a inside perspective on how to guide buyers through all aspects of building a new home.
Professional, caring, efficient, and knowledgeable are words that often appear in Chris' customer experience surveys. He takes great pride in delivering an exceptional process for all of his clients. Chris is a fulltime residential real estate professional with a dedicated focus on helping others.
