She believes that a client’s time is a valuable commodity that must be respected, and by doing her homework and being well prepared she can build trust and smooth the process. Her motto is “Performance is Everything.”
Clarann accomplishes this by listening, probing for answers, determining wants and needs, analyzing accumulated information, and utilizing intuitive skills to produce solutions for her clients. These nurturing instincts add yet another dimension to her finely honed skills.
Having worked with many relocation buyers in her 30+ years as a real estate professional, Clarann has sold and shown properties throughout the area and is familiar with all its neighborhoods, from Memorial, the Galleria and inside the Loop, to West Houston, Katy, and the many emerging Ft. Bend communities.
Clarann is the consummate team player. She credits her company and its resources, along with the assistance and inspiration provided by her fellow agents, for much of her success. And successful she is - consistently ranking among the company’s top producers. as she was in 2013, and the recipient of numerous awards. One she is extremely proud of is the Prism Award from the Greater Houston Builders Association.
But her proudest achievements, she is quick to add, are her two children and their families: daughter Christine Duncan (another top producing Realtor) and her son Chase McCoy and her three granddaughters.
