Texas Realtor Deborah Brown understands what it takes to sell real estate in the near Hill Country – and sell it well. Heritage Texas Properties honored Deborah in 2014 as the second-highest producer in the company’s Seguin office.
As they say in Texas, it’s not Deborah’s “first rodeo.” She sold real estate very successfully for a period of years in Austin and then took a hiatus before returning to sales in her native Seguin. In fact, her background in sales stretches back to her first career as a buyer and sales representative for an Austin retail store. That sales experience shows and continues to keep her in the top producer ranks.
Warm and kindhearted, Deborah displays equal parts creativity and organization, and gives great attention to all the small details in a real estate transaction that make her clients’ buying or selling experiences positive ones. Her clients find her to be conscientious, patient and a good listener, someone they can relate to who is empathetic to the stresses and strains of moving.
“Customers are always number one,” says Deborah. “I make my clients’ goals my goals, and their ultimate success is my top priority. People appreciate that I pay attention and listen, and that I go the extra mile for them. I know I’ve done a good job when a client refers me to their family and friends.”
Deborah graduated from Seguin High School and earned her college degree from Southwest Texas State in San Marcos. A former Girl Scout leader, Deborah is a member of the Zonta Club, an organization dedicated to advancing the status of women.
A resident of Las Brisas Plantation on Lake McQueeney, when not working, she enjoys boating on area lakes. She and her husband, Steve, have been married for over thirty years and share great pride in their three successful children, Taylor, Alex, and Laura.
