Dionne Kubin is a caring, hard-working professional who is "all about getting it done and doing it right." This honest, dependable, detail-oriented, computer-savvy Realtor who listens well and understands the needs of others, acts enthusiastically on her belief that first-class customer service is key. She ensures her clients are empowered with the information they need to make good decisions. Dionne goes above and beyond to help them sell their houses or find their dream homes.
Caring for and meeting the needs of others is a main theme in Dionne's work, home and community life. She spent 26 years as an administrative/executive assistant and in audit in the commercial, investment banking and software industries. Her hardest and most rewarding job though was being a mom. She feels privileged to have been a stay-at-home mom during her daughter's middle and high school years, which also gave her the opportunity to be active in and provide leadership for community organizations.
A native of Louisiana, Dionne is proud to have called Houston her home since 1980. She currently lives in the Spring Branch/Memorial area and has resided in many parts of the city over the years, including Tomball/Magnolia, Missouri City/Stafford, Katy, the Galleria and Briargrove. She is married to Tommy, a construction executive. Her daughter, Taylor, graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in May of 2017 and will go on to graduate school to study occupational therapy in the fall of 2018.
Dionne's faith and duty to help others less fortunate than herself fills her spare time. She is a mentor to students in the Houston area; assists with an after-school program for at-risk children; and attends to home-bound elderly during holidays. She and her husband volunteer at their church weekly where they participate in activities with young adults with special needs. Dionne and her family enjoy traveling, participating in outdoor activities, playing games and taking "awkward family photos" for their infamous Christmas cards. She also likes gathering around the dinner table sharing life and laughter with family and friends.
