Fonda Tenenbaum likes to say that she approaches real estate the same way she has always approached sales - from a different point of view - the client's. A former business owner with twenty years of sales experience, Fonda certainly knows that each client and customer brings a different set of wants, needs and expectations to the buying or selling transaction.
Because she knows this to be true, Fonda believes the greatest talent she brings to the table is her ability to listen. Close behind listening skills, Fonda values integrity and character. To provide service beyond the clients' expectations requires careful sensitivity and unbridled enthusiasm, qualities that Fonda possesses in abundance.
Having lived in Houston for over 23 years, Fonda knows her way around town and enjoys selling and showing real estate just about everywhere. But, she's particularly familiar with the Memorial Villages, Tanglewood, and areas near the Galleria.
With a double degree in Elementary and Special Education, in addition to her long and illustrious sales career, Fonda has also taught special needs children, an experience she believes enriched her life tremendously and taught her much about character and dignity.
A devoted mother to her two daughters, Fonda is passionate about the arts, whether it’s the ballet, the symphony, the theatre, or touring one of Houston’s many museums. Her boundless energy finds its outlet in dancing, walking, and exercise, but she also enjoys the precious time of spending time with her family and friends.
