Isabelle was born in France and has been in Houston since 2007. Bilingual in French and English, she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a Minor in Marketing from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a degree in Education from Houston Community College. She and her husband, whom she cites as the greatest influence in her life, have been married since 1986.
