A multi-million dollar producer with a degree in Interior Design, Kathy Morgan Nicholas is an asset to both sellers and buyers. Whether helping sellers stage their homes or offering buyers a new perspective on furniture arrangement and design opportunities, clients appreciate her insight and genuine concern for their interests.

Kathy is no stranger to the experiences of buying and selling, having moved six times since the mid-70s, including a move to Buenos Aires, Argentina.

“No matter where I was living, I always seemed to find my way back to Houston. I just love it here.”

This experience with multiple moves contributed greatly to her level-headed, no nonsense approach to real estate - one that has landed her spots on Heritage Texas Properties’ top producer lists. Her goal with clients is to help them recognize their goals, then organize the criteria, handle the details and guide them through the home buying or selling procedure in a way that meets those goals.

Kathy’s design degree sets her apart from other real estate professionals. “What you learn in design is all about the details, listening and understanding your clients, about being objective,” she says. These skills help Kathy relate to her clients’ experiences and make their move as smooth as possible. Certainly, one ingredient in making this come about is good communication and Kathy’s listening skills are front and center in working with clients to ensure this happens.

Ever eager to hone her skills and keep abreast of market trends and new technology, Kathy has done advanced studies and earned the professional designation of Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI).

Currently living in the redeveloping area east of downtown, Kathy markets EADO, Neartown, Midtown, Montrose, the Inner Loop, the Galleria and the Memorial areas.

Kathy is passionate about the arts and is a member of the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston (MFAH) guild.
