Much of this rating falls under Dale Wooten since he covered for Kat while on maternity leave. He failed to express any real desire to represent us as our realtor, did not do much to protect our interest when homes older & in worse condition was selling for more money than our newer larger home was,(perfect example would be, when we bid on a home $155K & later learned if sold for $175k ... $8k more than our home that was 1k sqft larger & 8 yrs newer with more upgrades. When asked if we should try to get another offer, his comment was, qoute, "Well 30 people walked thru the house & we only got 2 offers, 1 was joke, so I say we stick with this offer" end of qoute. even though it meant we had to pay $2k of closing cost for buyer, $1k worth of repairs, & couldn't ask for repairs or upgrades of our own when in buying mode because Dale felt we would lose out on the bidding toward the properties)& several occasions insulted my wife by sarcastically saying things like, quote, "this is an older house, there will be damage & finger prints, it may even need paint & cleaning...but lets keep an open mind".. end of quote. My wife specifically told Dale she didn't want just any old house, but there was always a little rift between the two of them. Overall, we now live in an Apartment, the chances of getting a home in a year are slim to none since the housing market continues to rise, & even though inexperience with the market showed at times, it was the realtors job to make us feel as though he or she understood but would work through it to educate & help us feel that we would get something. Our realtor was never positive, & at times seemed annoyed by all the questions & suggestions we had. Worse experience of our lives ... & we've owned 3 homes over our life time. While Kat introduced herself to us & gave us a lot of positive energy & hope for the future, her replacement did not.
