Before beginning his real estate career in 1989, Ken Alpha owned his own business for a number of years. The experience taught him many things, all of which have translated very well to the business of buying and selling real estate. Little surprise, then, that he has been a consistent top producer from the very start.
Even so, he has been committed to enhancing his skills and growing his knowledge base. Consequently, in 1991, he obtained his Broker’s license and later completed advanced coursework to earn the national designations as a Graduate, Realtor® Institute (GRI) and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE).
An excellent communicator and good listener, Ken knows how important it is to see all sides of a situation and to remain objective throughout the negotiation of any transaction. He patiently answers clients’ questions, anticipates and addresses their concerns, and provides frequent and regular updates throughout the process.
Ken attributes his success to his ability to work well with people at all levels. He also takes great pride in educating clients regarding the process of selling or buying real estate so that they can make informed decisions.
An outstanding problem solver who offers intelligent solutions, Ken’s attention to detail and keen understanding of market dynamics all help make that process a “seamless” one. His diligence in seeing a project through and remaining available to his clients from start to finish are ultimately rewarded by the repeat business and many referrals they provide.
A native Houstonian reared in Bellaire, Ken attended Condit Elementary, Pershing Middle, and Bellaire High Schools, before receiving his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston and a Master’s degree from Syracuse University. So, Ken is quite at home marketing resale property or new construction in the many close-in neighborhoods of his childhood as well as the growing greater Houston that he loves. Working with some of the area’s premier builders, he has found it rewarding and intriguing to be a part of its transformation.
