Kim Palomino has been on the fast track to success since becoming a licensed Realtor in 2009, earning top producer status almost immediately. By 2011, she’d won Circle of Excellence recognition, an honor she has continued to receive every year since. To further her value as a Realtor, she studied for and earned several professional Realtor designations: she is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and is also Relocation Certified.
Prior to becoming a Realtor, for 20 years, she helped run a family owned and operated real estate investment company. Through that experience, she not only learned to appreciate the value of excellent properties and areas, but to see the potential in all of them. She also saw how that the decision to buy a house can have a huge impact on one’s financial future. Buyers need guidance and solid advice; without it, a bad choice can be hard to recover from.
This understanding is what inspired her to work primarily as a Buyer’s agent. Besides market knowledge and real estate expertise, this specialization requires specific skills and character traits, not the least of which are compassion and sensitivity. Being a good listener, communicating openly and often, and being committed to an outcome that truly serves the wants and needs of the client are essential. Kim is all of these things.
Extremely service driven, she is detail-oriented, focused, knows how to negotiate in her client’s best interest, and will take the time to answer all of a buyer’s or seller’s questions. Easy to talk to, approachable, and trustworthy, she keeps confidences and is honest. Integrity is her hallmark.
Kim first moved to The Woodlands in 1974 with her parents, so she considers herself “almost a native.” She has two sons, 22 and 16, The youngest is a student at Oak Ridge High School. She is married and has a brother that lives in the area, as well.
