Kirsten S. DeLeon brings the experience of a multicultural upbringing—which gave her excellent communication skills and a broad worldview—to her real estate transactions. Born in Germany, she lived in Monterrey, Mexico, for more than 20 years before settling in Houston in 1987. A resident of Memorial/Tanglewood, Kirsten specializes in these areas as well as River Oaks and Champions. She says “My focus is to make this a smooth and easy process for everyone.” In addition to her excellent people skills, Kirsten is known for her straightforward nature, loyalty, honesty, focus and organization. She takes her relationships with her clients very seriously: “I earn their trust through honesty and integrity,” she says. Before becoming a licensed realtor, Kirsten worked for 30 years as a CPA, and for several years as an interior designer, giving her a keen eye for aesthetics and detail, and an understanding of the value of properties. Educated in Monterrey, Mexico where she earned her college degree as a CPA. She is fluent in Spanish, as well as German. The mother of two grown children, Kirsten lives with her husband. Her hobbies include interior design, sewing, crafts and tennis. Active in her community, she is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization and the World Presidents’ Organization, German Club of Mexico and Social Assistance Organization, which help to collect and send warm clothing to several areas en Mexico. She also volunteers as a Spanish teacher.
