Kristi Lehane's trained eye for quality, style and function, and her passion for homes, design and architecture makes her the Realtor of choice for a growing network of loyal clients. Equipped with a degree in design accompanied by a minor in business from the University of North Texas, Kristi began her professional life in Dallas as an Interior Design Assistant working closely with a dozen designers at a family owned furniture and design showroom. "My design career introduced me to the luxury market of quality furniture, upholstery, and accessories as well as floor plan arrangement and staging. As a Realtor, I use that knowledge to help my sellers prepare their home to look its best, and guide my buyers to envision the possibilities in their new home."
Kristi has owned both older and new-construction homes and likes to familiarize clients with the advantages of each. She also has remodeled several residences, a personal experience that supplements her design training with a "hands-on" understanding of renovation's challenges and rewards. Born and raised in Houston, Kristi is personable, conscientious, and sincere. She enjoys the process of connecting with new people and focuses on building long-term relationships. A determined problem-solver who is highly organized and results-driven, she derives true satisfaction from helping her clients find the best solution for their needs and circumstances. "I have a client-first attitude and a strong work ethic, and never give less than 100 percent. My family and I have moved numerous times and found that it can take several years to get settled in a new home and community. I enjoy helping clients through the process and work hard to make the experience as smooth as possible." Kristi and her husband reside in Meyerland with their two teenage sons. She is a member of the Ladies Association at BraeBurn Country Club; has served on the
Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo School Art Committee; and volunteers at Strake Jesuit College Preparatory High School and St. Michael's Catholic School. When time permits, Kristi enjoys traveling with her family and rates a past "once-in-a-lifetime" photographic safari with her husband as her favorite adventure so far. Closer to home, she also enjoys shopping for antiques, reading, and exercising.
