Leslie Kaufman has an affinity for people and for anything real estate related. A native Houstonian, she combines her education, talents and interests to work with clients to help them meet their needs. She believes a home is a special part of each person's life. Leslie truly appreciates that buying or selling a home is a very personal experience.
In her early career, Leslie worked for The Methodist Hospital coordinating finish work between building contractors, designers and tenants during the construction of the Scurlock Tower. She has also worked as an in-house financial analyst for a private apartment developer. Having acted as contractor on major remodels of her own home, she has a keen eye for detail and responds to challenges with sage advice.
Leslie is practical and energetic -- and she knows Houston well. Growing up in Meyerland, she attended Bellaire High School, graduated from the University of Texas, earned an MBA from Rice University and worked in the Texas Medical Center.
She lives in Memorial and was an active volunteer at The Kinkaid School for 20 years. An avid gardner who is well known among her friends and neighbors for her “bumper crop” vegetable garden, she is also committed to helping fill the pantries and kitchens of those less fortunate. She is a Back Pack Program Ambassador for the Houston Food Bank, working to provide weekend take home back packs of food for school children who are food insecure.
Leslie gives this same level of committment to her clients, working with them to ensure that their real estate experiences are not only positive but enjoyable and fun. She uses her training and instincts to build relationships, and her know-how to help guide clients to an ending that exceeds their expectations.
