"Land's potential can change over time and learning how to tap that potential led me to my previous career in commercial real estate development."
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and a skilled communicator, Melina has earned a solid reputation among her clients and industry peers as a respectful, level-headed problem solver. "I am always conscious of my clients' time and provide excellent, prompt customer service to ensure that they reach their end goal."
