Nancy has been a licensed Realtor® since 2002, and achieved her designation as a Real Estate Broker
shortly thereafter. She focuses her attention on farm and ranch properties in Fayette County with
expertise and activity in nearby Lavaca, Colorado and Austin counties as well.
Nancy has deep roots in country life and a deep love of its varied attributes from livestock to
dirt. Raised on a ranch, surrounded by livestock and horses, she cites her parents as being the most
influential individuals in her life. “They grounded me, stressing the importance of hard work and living
every day by the ‘Golden Rule’,” she says. That foundation has obviously made her the leader she is
today, in both her professional and volunteer pursuits.
Known for always bringing keen leadership to both her profession and volunteer activities, those who
work with her appreciate her level headed approach to problems, her conscientiousness, diplomacy and
positive attitude. She exhibits a true sense of concern for the needs of her clients and buyers.
Nancy continues to have a passion for horses, owning, riding and loving a herd of 6 on her property in
La Grange. When not selling or pursuing things equestrian, she entertains friends and family with gusto
and volunteers her time with the Houston Livestock Show, Fayette County Republican Women, Ladies
of Texas Tradition, and the Texas Land Brokers Network. “It seems I’m always being drafted for some
committee or function,” she says. Trusted individuals always are.
Married with grown children, Nancy is a cancer survivor who strives to enjoys every day to its fullest.
