Over 20 years as a top producing real estate sales associate and broker-owner gave Norma Chaney an avocation for providing personalized service for every customer.
Norma served Houston Association of Realtors as Chairman of the Professional Standards Committee and a Presiding Officer for Ethics and Arbitration hearing panels.
Norma's career in sales evolved into a specialization in relocation as the majority of clients referred to her were moving due to company transfers. After joining Employee Relocation Council, Norma was one of the first brokers in Houston to receive the Certified Relocation Professional designation. As a Relocation Manager, Norma counseled transferees moving to the area and trained and coached Heritage Texas Properties agents, while serving as President, Vice President, and Secretary of the Board of Houston Relocation Professionals, a Recognized Regional Group for Worldwide Employee Relocation Council.
In her role as Industry Relationship Manager, Norma will continue to serve on industry boards and committees, while providing new resources for Heritage customers. She will continue in the role of advisor to the Heritage Relocation Department.
