A devoted member of the Heritage Texas Properties team since 1993, Phyllis was a top producing Realtor for a number of years before following her creative muse to move into the marketing and advertising division of the company. There, she participates in the development of the company's marketing strategies and the creation of its collateral and promotional materials and website content. In addition, she oversees public relations and editorial review, and maintains the company's blog.
A banker for almost two decades prior to obtaining her real estate license and joining Heritage, Phyllis has additional experience as a mortgage lender, manager and trainer and utilizes each of these skill sets in the development of consumer-friendly marketing materials.
Away from the office, Phyllis is a dedicated volunteer and board member for numerous non-profit groups. She is the former Board President of the Houston Center for Contemporary Craft, a Board Member of KIPP Houston, former President of The Hevrdejs Foundation, and an Advisory Board Member of Recipe For Success. She also loves cooking, writing short stories, painting, all forms of craft and needlepoint.
She is also the doting "mother" of a shaggy dog rescue - a Havanese named Patsy Cline.
