Phyllis Rogers believes that her experience as an attorney in private practice paves the way for her success in real estate sales. An advocate then and now, she wants prospective clients to know their interests will always come first. To Phyllis, every client is unique and each transaction is one of a kind. She is available to help clients with single family homes, condominiums and small investment properties across the Houston Metro area
Phyllis brings her ability to be task oriented and deadline driven, as well as her familiarity with contracts and negotiations, to the real estate area. Realizing that communication is the key to avoiding misunderstanding Phyllis strives to keep her clients informed throughout the process.
Born and raised in Buffalo New York, Phyllis moved to Texas in 1980 and has lived in Houston’s inner loop for more than 25 years. She loves the city’s diverse neighborhoods and eclectic mixture of architectural styles.
Phyllis holds a B.A. degree in History and a J.D degree from the University of Houston's School of Law. A lifelong learner, she continues to take courses to expand her knowledge in business, real estate, history and social culture.
