In Theresa Hill’s role as Vice President of Sales Performance and Director of Development Services, she oversees residential real estate sales activity within the company’s Post Oak Park flagship office and market area; which includes recruiting, leading, coaching and training sales associates. In addition, she supervises land acquisition efforts, manage and grow new builder and developer business, and assist in leading existing development projects.
With over 20 years of experience in the Houston real estate market, Theresa brings a wealth of knowledge and specialty expertise in new construction project developments that include townhomes, single family homes, high-rise and mid-rise condominiums and resort and second home destinations. She has been involved in projects from Houston, Galveston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, and South Padre Island, Texas, to far-reaching locales in Huatulco, Mexico and Roatan, Bay Islands.
She has also earned a number of professional designations that include Certified Residential Specialist, Certified International Property Specialist, e-Pro certification, and Resort & Second Home Property Specialist. She was named Realtor of the Year for 2010 and 2013 by the Women’s Council of Realtors - Houston Chapter and is a proud 2012 graduate of the Texas Realtor Leadership Program.
Theresa is a critical participant in Heritage Texas Properties’ initiative to grow its leadership and provide its sales associates greater depth of high quality specialty support as Houston continues to expand the residential new construction segment. Builders and developers can count on these added capabilities and depth of talent in the Heritage leadership team. Although real estate is her passion, spending quality time with her husband and two sons is her greatest pleasure. She enjoys reading, music and get-togethers with family and friends.
