- A single point of contact. A relocation coordinator selects
an experienced real estate professional from a group of program
endorsed agents in the specific area in which a member desires
to buy or sell. In addition, the coordinator will monitor and
review the progress throughout the transaction including closing
and disbursement, and assist the member with needs related to
relocation.
- Quality resources to our clients and Sales Associates. These
include detailed relocation guides, on-line information, pamphlets
and maps. These resources provide area information on housing,
taxes, education, recreation and transportation. When using the
on-line information, all information is immediately accessible
through direct links to hundreds of Web sites for resources.
- Our Sales Associates have access to effective promotional programs
supported by a professional marketing staff and ongoing training.
- Sales Associates who are highly recommended by their managing
brokers, and performing at a minimum level of business to receive
referrals. They are required to attend specific relocation training
provided by our full-time Relocation Training Manager.
