Although born in Waco, Texas, Evette Atlas likes to think of herself as a “naturalized” Houstonian, having grown up in Meyerland and attended Bellaire High School and the University of Houston.
The mother of “two amazing and wonderful children in their twenties,” Evette especially enjoys assisting young professionals considering their first investment in home ownership. At the other end of the spectrum, she takes equal pleasure in assisting individuals and couples transitioning from work to retirement and downsizing.
Whatever the situation with buyers or sellers with whom she works, Evette takes the time to get to know her clients and understand their wants and needs, and she is committed to exceeding their expectations through hard work and dedication. She listens to her clients and makes the process of shopping for real estate as easy and personalized as possible.
Her optimistic and forward thinking attitude leads her to see opportunities where others only see roadblocks. Dedicated to her clients and the level of service and attention they receive, she strives to be a knowledgeable resource but acknowledges that there is something new, useful, and worthwhile to learn every day.
Despite that admission, Evette is a highly experienced and fierce competitor with exceptional negotiation skills. In fact, in addition to her professional designation as a Graduate, Realtor® Institute (GRI), she has also earned the Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) designation.
Inspired by her grandmother, who didn’t retire until she was 90, Evette is dedicated to the concept of hard work and perseverance. Formerly a partner in a technology company that targeted inventory control and management focused on small and mid-market distribution and manufacturing companies, Evette embraces all new technology and incorporates its benefits to ensure that every real estate transaction goes smoothly and efficiently for her clients.
