Born and raised in Houston, Kim Kressenberg has witnessed the tremendous change and growth that has transformed the city into a much sought-after destination. She thoroughly loves her work and enjoys the fantastic people she meets every day – many of whom become her neighbors and friends.
Drawing on years of experience as a teacher and as a legal assistant, Kim has perfected the art of listening to her clients and then synthesizing that information into a solution that helps distinguish her as a trusted resource. She believes in order to achieve a successful real estate transaction, you must know your clients' needs, know the market, and know how to make those two things click perfectly. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Art in Interior Design with a minor in Art History and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction both from the University of Houston.
Community service is an important component of Kim's life. She is a proud member of the Lady Washington Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution and enjoys working on various projects benefiting our veterans. She is also a member and supports Preservation Houston, the Heritage Society, the Museum of Fine Arts and the Menil Collection.
When not working, Kim enjoys all that the Bayou City has to offer, including walking the back trails at Memorial Park, riding her bike on White Oak and Buffalo Bayou, and taking her rescue dog Harvey to the Johnny Steel Dog Park. She and her husband live in the First Ward -Washington Arts District and enjoy visiting the numerous artist's studios in the area and taking part in Houston's culturally diverse dining scene.
