Kyle Gillespie combines extensive credentials as a commercial real estate appraiser with proven sales expertise for success in his career as a commercial Realtor. A licensed commercial real estate appraiser since 2000, Kyle's no-nonsense approach, factual grasp of the market, and customer service skills learned in his family's company have ensured a seamless transition into commercial real estate sales.
When working with clients, Kyle uses his appraiser's eye to provide an informed idea of fair market value, and he is especially conversant with office and industrial buildings. "My clients know that I am available anytime to talk with them, and that I will always contact them on a regular basis with updates and progress reports," he says. "I listen to their concerns, offer my opinions, and always follow up leads with other brokers. I want to get the deal done, but it has to be the best deal for my client."
Kyle worked for his family's car dealership for 16 years, selling mainly to professionals. He learned to innovate, think on his feet, and negotiate a deal where everyone feels like a winner. "My dad was huge influencer for me," he says. "He was a hard worker, very successful, and always honest with his customers. I've inherited those traits from him."
Born in Beaumont and a resident of Galveston for more than 40 years, Kyle graduated from Texas Christian University with a BBA. He is a past member of Rotary Club and likes to spend his leisure time running in Memorial Park.
