Westhaven Estates

Made up of just two streets, Nantucket and Potomac, and bordered by Woodway and Westheimer to the north and south, Westhaven Estates was established in the 1950s as a single-family home neighborhood nestled between Briargrove and Tanglewood and across from the Houston Country Club.

However, in the late ‘70s, prominent real estate developers began transforming this single-family subdivision into a premier neighborhood of patio homes and townhouses.
